She wants to start going back to school...he starts telling her he thinks HE should go back to school first and she should get a job and support the three of them.He says he should go first because he's 25 with no education and he needs to use this oppurtunity to catch up where he left off(dropped out in 9th grade!)and better himself.What do you think of this situation??

Well depends where you are the pregnant girl can go back to school. While she is pregnant the man should get a job and support all of them. While the boy is working he can do evenning classes or on-line courses. If this does not help the man he is a dead beat and i would advise the girl to get shot of him.

I feel sorry for the unborn child coming into this family. I think they should both go back to school and they should both get jobs and support the family. she will have a harder time finding a job pregnant and 16. I don't know where you live but in some places the whole situation is illegal and the 25 year old can go to jail.

I think she is sh!t out of luck. She made one of those decisions that pretty much effects the rest of her life and now all she can try and do is damage control. Honestly she should stay in school, finish high school, and if possible go for college and maybe with constant perseverance through a tough situation she can find herself back in a life where things are more managable and she can feel like she accomplished something. My bet on what happens is he goes back to school or gets a GED gets a crappy job and so does she and they live in the lower classes for the rest of their lives, and their child probably ends up paying for this mistake too.

I think they should both go back to school, move in with her parents, and sign up for sex ed class so they can teach both of them what birth control is. They might look into going on the springer show

The dude's an asshole. The girl should dump him, go back to her parents, ask them to forgive her. Go back to school and be a good mother with the guidence of her parents. Oh, and she should stay away from creeps like that asshole.

The dude needs to be in prison, simply because he got her pregnant at 16, doesn't matter if he married her. still needs to be in prison. He's a loser.
