I have been hypnotised, but not by Paul Mckenna, It was on Aug. 4th 1974, I was due to take my driving test at 4:15pm, but early that morning I received some very distressing news and I was in no fit state to take my test. My friend persuaded me to go and see this hypnotherapist and I passed my driving test, no problems at all. !! xx

I have his book "How to change your life in seven days" (I think). You can download a 30 minute trance from his website: http://www.paulmckenna.com/
I didn't care much for his book, but I got it for free from my old book club. I mean, it might be inspiring for lots of people, but I already knew most of it. If you can go to see him on stage, it might be an interesting way to pass the time. But I think I do better when I hypnotize myself. Good night!
