you really shouldnt loose any. Maybe some evaporation but it will make the fuel pump lose some pressure and cause the cheek engine light ot come on.

Maybe not a lot but you will lose some.
You can get a replacement cap at an auto parts store.

No . If you have a late model car you may get a check engine light.
