the easiest way to do this is to beat GM mode using 2 players:

You pick which brand you want to do, then using the same controller pick the other brand as your opponent, then just go all the way to wrestlemania 22 with your brand on top, you need at least 4 superstars on your brand and no superstars on the other, just do random matches until you beat it and then a cut scene will play showing Vince McMahon giving the GM of the year trophy to Your shows GM this will unlock the GM of the Year Trophy and Unlimited EXP. for your wrestlers, otherwise create your wrestler and play through season mode until you have the desired amount of EXP on that CAW, but trust me you'll do it quicker just beating GM Mode!
