Hi. Try unplugging the connection of the cables and plugging them again on to the motherboard abd CD driver. It works for me.

Another way is to Defragment your hardisk. Too much of usage of the PC might cause plenty of file fragmentation. This has also helped me.

you should try cleaning the eye the thing that reads the cd.

check the simple things first -- is the disk upside down?
is it an audio disk? did you try another disk?
