Well, Sylvia Browne's "exploring the levels of creation" covers all except chakras. For that I reccommend Caroline Myss' book, Anatomy of the spirit.
For more detail, I suggest you look into Ted andrews as well. Any book by either of those authors is excellent.

I have this book called Green Witchcraft (folk magic, fairy lore and herb craft) written by Ann Moura and she is a practicing witch .
Her books are a good read and very informative. Green Witchcraft explores the fundamentals of the Wiccan religion. This includes folk magic, fairy lore and herb craft. This lady has written quite a few books and they are a great read and good start to learning things. You can her books from all good new age book shops.

Try 133.1 on the dewey decimal system at your local library. The only book I have that contains most of that information is "The Complete Book of Psychic Arts" by Morwyn from Llewellyn Publications.

sorry typo that's category's.
you want this in a single book? If such exists it would be to heavy to lift as that's a lot of information. These things are already broken down into there categories and need to be learned one at a time.Pick the one or two you are really interested in and branch out from there. Its a life time study course.

You could try tracking down the Book of the Vishanti, but don't expect the Sorcerer Supreme to part with it without a fight.
