your ISP sometimes doesn't allow this but try: http://www.rejetto.com/hfs/ it uses your computer as a webserver to share files. only downside is you need to leave your computer on and have always-on internet.

there is many ways
lets say if the computer in the same local area you can use share folder

If in another location
you can log in by a " program / web site" by using the ( IP or Username and password )
if you cant share the files ( by coping the files to your computer )
open the MSN or Yahoo messenger from the logged computer then send it or share it to your computer.

burn them to a CD? email them these files if they are small enough? do p2p direct transfer in your favourite IM programmes?
