I have a map of Sembawang, but I am not sure if I can send it to you..
If you want a map of Sembawang only, you can photocopy those pages of Sembawang from the Street Directory and keep too. That is another way.

Goto streetsdirectory.com. You can play a small amount and be allowed to download maps in details. Its worth it.
