the baddest wrestler of all time without a doubt has to be brock lesnar, only two people have ever attempted and succeeded and f-5 on big show, matt morgan and brock lesnar... but brock did it over a 100 times... and hogan gets credit for body slamming andre... brock was just an *** kicking machine...
and shittiest wrestler has to be d'lo brown, hell he almost killed droz

to answer your question i will rate it into 2 categories:
Bad (as in good) Kane
and
Bad ( as in sucks) Mr. Kennedy
Now the reason why i rated these like this:
Kane is a dominant competitor, he is fierce,massive,and could be World Heavyweight Material
Mr. Kennedy is just a knock-off of a mix-bag of wrestling persona's, he tries to be charismatic like The Rock was, he tries to be a crowd player like Stone Cold Steve Austin was, and he tries to be undermining like Ric Flair is!
