I'm not a male but I have done what you're asking because at the time I decided my sexuality I was under the misconception that there are only three catagories: gay, straight or bi. Since then I have realised there is no catagory at all.. I am attracted to the person, not the sex. I like to joke that i'm "not prejudice against gender". I think it's the same for most people whether they realise it or not; it's not the physical aspect of a person that you fall in love with, it's the personality etc. (unless of course you're not looking to fall in love if you know what i mean:)
"coming out of the closet" is a huge step when family and friends aren't accepting, so when it comes to that I believe the person should wait a few years and make a decision based on experience rather than initial feeling

fairly some that's via something i come across out relating to the guy or action picture in question. i found out, case in point, that throughout a action picture I used to love, a horse replace into killed throughout the filming technique. This positioned me off that action picture for solid. different situations, that's thoroughly random. some mornings I awaken and basically (dis)like specific video clips, ingredients, music, besides the fact that. now and returned i'm going to be listening to my iPod on shuffle and hear a brilliant music from an artist I continually disliked, and that'll recommend I provide them yet another shot.

Well, you can't change your mind about what genetics gives you. But it is true some people go through a "gay phase" during their sexual experimentation. This does not mean every person who says they are gay is experimenting. Most gay people know early on that they are gay. Some people are "curious" about how gay sex feels like, and might think they are gay and mistakenly come out. Those people, however, are usually not gay at all, but merely "curious."

it's usually not something taken lightly, and the decision is made after a long time of soul-searching and experimentation. an announcement (coming out) is usually the last step.

it would be abnormal for that to happen, yes.

it would indicate that the person is confused more than 'gay' or 'straight'. consequently, after coming out, and then restracting it, that person might also find it difficult to be taken seriously again.

Chuck Palahniuk, author of Fight Club, posted on his website that he was gay because he thought Entertainment Weekly was going to leak it. When they didn't, he pulled it off his website and it has not really been mentioned since, at least that I know of. He is a pretty good author, if you are into reading.

Yes. I believe fear can make a weak minded person do something like that.
