I masturbate up to 7 times a day sometimes 15 times if I'm bored ever since i was 6 years old I'm now in my late 20's is this normal?

If your body can respond, then you are not doing it damage. Just do not pull a muscle in your arm....You might try getting a decent job to fill the time. And save a little love to share with the ladies.
