http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ should be able to help you with its search service and tell you everything there is to know about a certain company, including accounts, annual returns, etc - assuming that the "Limited" in the company name is genuine!
Access to the search engine is not 24/7 though (and this is a charged service to actually view any company documents) and doesn't include Sundays at all, so I can't check for you at the moment. All I can say is that a blank website holding page at www.globalexpresscouriers.co.uk doesn't impress me much. If they are actually trading, they should be appearing a hell of a lot in any random google search, and not hiding in the shadows somewhere!

I think you will find they don't exist and so won't have an office. You can check on the companies house website to search for them but looking at www.globalexpresscouriers.com you can see they are just a portal with sponsored links to other transport related sites and nothing more than that. They will make money by getting a percentage of the sponsored ad revenue - e.g. that the destination site owner has paid for via google ad words for example.
