Look, The happiness is depend the person to interact the feelings. This you can see that some where you are not happy the others is more happy, this reverse will also you get experience.

This all are pointed out that this depends the attitude to our life and accord to that with insight interact in good manner, and feel happiness and the same time feel to gratitude to yourself . This all based on the self respectfulness, and yourself understand that the responsibilities of yours , accord to that overcome the situation and live with own strength. Meantime try to help other if you are in strength , if not willing that not to dist rub them. This is basic principal of our self to keep as happy. hmmm

Just forget all ur worries n dont bother for them...as they will only sadden u.... Many a times u do fall in situations wer u r utterly helpless..but u time is on its way and as it passes...u'll soon find ur way out! Dont just keep it as a question that u have to keep urself happy...then u will get only the more depressed wen sumthing wrong happens...The best way is to enjoy ur happy moments the uttermost and cherish them like sweet memories ...that can also bring u a smile....!
Also one more thing...dont keep spreading ur sadness wenu r sad.... Just try to be happy with others even though u are not!!

In order to make yourself happy, you should how is your brain work. Are you more to IQ personality or EQ personality. You should find it out. But I think we should find the equilibrium point between IQ and EQ. It means that we should balance our life style. we should should have a time for work and relax. We can not work all the time and relax all the time. We must alway make it equilibrium.

If you think you already have a balance life style, but you still did not feel happy. Then you should realize the ways you work and the ways you relax. Find the best ways that suit your working style and relax ways.

every day do sg for yourself ( I do not mean eat sweets, buy sg etc. ) Do not wait for somebody else to solve your problems, listen to your heart, be patient&tolerant, do everything in the right time, try to find out what do you really feel/ crave for
