I mean I know in your eyes (DUH !!) But I mean do you put it on the skin tip of your eye lid or where the red pinkish part thats in your eye ? Please answer ? And if I have tanned skin is it better to buy more eyeliner or less !

I put my eyeliner on my skin under/over the eyelashes, because putting it on the pink is bad for your eyes. If you are tan you just might want to get a darker liner so it shows up better, depending on the look you are going for.

When I Use Eyeliiner I Usualy Put It On Tha Piinky Biit Liike Where Your Tears Come Out.. Along There.
And If You Have Tanned Skiin I Would Buy More To Make It More Viisiible. My Friiend Is Quiite Tanned And She Usually Buys The Brown Eyeliiner. It Miight Just Be Her Style But It Does Look Good. Why Not Try It.? Lol Xx

Apply the eyeliner on the skin above your eye lid... just above the eye lashes...
the more or less use depends more on the over all make up rather than on the skin tone...
for example if you use no lip-stick or lip-gloss use more eyeliner, but if u are highliting your lips.. then u should go on for a nude look....

Do not listen to anyone who has told you to put it practically IN your eye. It looks crappy, it gets smudgy, and it just doesnt have that *wow* factor. Apply eyeliner as close to your lash line as you can. If you're tan make the line thicker.. I have med/big eyes, so I line the top completely and I only go to the middle of my eye on the bottom..

i put it on the skin, if u put it on the pink part u can give yourself an eye infection.
