I recommend Always Maxi Pads (Heavy-Overnight) with Flexi-Wings. They're long and thick, so they'll soak up a lot of menstruation if you have a heavy flow. And, of course, the wings are a plus.
Oh, and it has dri-weave, a signature mainstay of Always Maxi Pads! I'm a personal fan of that stuff since I don't really like the feeling of wet menstruation up against my body.
Try them. You'll feel a little bulky while wearing them, but that's a small price to pay for good protection.

The overnight pas are the best for a really heavy pad. They are made to have a wide range for a long period of time. Good luck!

Personally when am really heavy i find it easier to use a tampon, but my choice in pad is definitely kotex.

I alway buy Modess Maternity for my daughter's heavy mentruals. It has "extra length for greater protection" for her bedtime. The extra length prevents soiling her bed when lying down.
On the other hand, Whisper with wings is her favorite for her daytime needs. she never had problems soiling her skirt/pants. ;-)

Always x-tra long super heavy duty over nighters they even have wings LOL! they can stop a damn. I call them my elephant padss LOL!

it doesn't really matter the brand, just make sure it has wings and are long.
