Great place in lyme regis but can't remember what it's called but email me if you're interested. Exeter has a great store called The Real McCoy which has some quite amazing varied second-hand clothes some of which are possibly victorian.

Try the Grassmarket in Edinburgh there is a shop there that deals exclusivley in this type of clothing
