Id say Fender bcuz this way u can get a taste for electric and it wont kill your wallet lke a gibson. Also Fender is a top company, I have a fender and am very happy.

fender... if u have money u can look at yahoo shoppong.. i saw a fender eric clapton startocoaster but it cost so much... moren than a thousand bucks but i think it's worth it.. than buying a cheap one that is easilt to be broken...
