If you refuse, that makes you a tease, not a flirt. Seriously, I think he may just be the jealous type. He gets uncomfortable every time you so much as say hello to another guy, right? It's his own self-esteem that's making him act this way. He needs lots of encouragement, and he may get over it. If he wants to stay in this relationship, he HAS to get over it, or you will both be miserable. Take a look at yourself, though, and make sure you aren't giving out any signals. There's nothing really wrong with just flirting, but you should really tone it down when you're around him.

may be u are doing this unconciously because ur partner might have seen u flirting with some one and thats why he/she is calling u one.

On the premise that you are a flirt:
Is he stating you are a flirt as in a hostile manner or just obseving?
If non-hostile, answer however you like.
If in a hostile manner, ask him on how he feels about it.
