Sit down and think about what it is about your work that is making you anxious. Write it down. If it's something you can't change, try for a new role with the same company or switch careers, since you don't want to feel like that every Sunday from now on, do you? I am self employed and decided to just say screw it and take every Monday off that I could. I get more done in 4 days than I did in 5, since I felt much better about time off and time at my work. Remember: there's a big difference between a job and a career. You're in charge.

Well I used to, but now I have a job with an non-traditional work schedule (Su, M, W, F, Sa). But to answer your question on coping, I'd just look forward to settling down at the end of the day and tuning into the Sunday night cartoon line-up on Fox (Simpsons, Family Guy, etc.) I guess for me, all it really took was a good laugh and knowing that I'd ended my weekend on a happy note.

Not usually, but if I have to be in court first thing Monday morning I sometimes worry about being prepared.
