At first we must understand Vacuum and its particles.
============
1.
The Physics is first of all Vacuum: T=0K.
Now it is consider, that reference frame connected with
relict isotropic radiation T = 2,7K is absolute.
But T = 2,7K is not a constant factor.
This relict isotropic radiation continues to extend and decrease
and, hence, approximately over a period of
20 billions years will reach T=0K.
2.
The Quantum physics approves, that in the beginning
Vacuum created " virtual particles ".
What a geometrical and physical parameters can the particles have in Vacuum / Absolute Zero: T=0K?
3.
According to the laws of physics :
J. Charles ( 1787), Gay-Lussac ( 1802),
W. Nernst ( 1910), A. Einstein ( 1925)
particles in a Vacuum cannot have density, volume
and consequently should be flat figures.
These laws tell, that then closer to zero T=0K,
then the particles lose more their volume.
The volume of these particles aspire to infinity.
And then this “ infinity” comes the brain of physicists
stop to work. They refuse to think any more.
And I say when volume of the particles disappear they
become “flat phantoms”.
These “flat phantoms” are not abstract particles, they are real ones.
Quantums of light flies with speed c=1 have such geometrical form.
4.
There are many interpretations of quantum physics.
American physicist J.A.Wheeler had a hobby:
He collected different interpretations of quantum physics.
Here is one more interpretation of the quantum theory.

hai friend first of all understand well the portion what u have to study.concentrate well in ur book.keep ur mind peace .dont think unwanted things while u r studying, because physics is a rough as well as interesting subject.Don't byheart the equations as well as derivations.write and study.study dailyportions that day itself.discuss with others.after understanding all the concept u can byheart the derivation just for the examination point if view.ok.studywell.

There is no special way for studying physics. Like any other subjects study the basic concepts(theory) and proceed.

Physics is the most natural science -- the simplest of them all.
But what happens with most people is that they tend to have this tendency of taking most things from daily life for granted. The whole problem lies here, 'coz Physics deals with the simplest of things in our daily life (for beginners, atleast). For example, have you ever wondered why you are able to stand on ground, or why one spreads his/her legs whenone pushes him? This is what I mean. Physics deals with these simple things, and once you have developed this attitude of of questioning the simplest of things around you, you would have entered the world of this wonderful Science of Physics.

Now, here's a word of caution for you. If you are not too confident in Physics, which is why I suppose you ask ask this question, I suggest you not to take difficult problems first, in fact, any problem for the first few days. Try to understand the conceps absolutely thoroughly, patiently, and yes, with great fun & love towards the subject. I'm telling U these things 'coz I myself am a student (of XIth grade) who first struggled a lot in Physics, but is doing well now because of following the things I've mentioned above. Do not lay stress on buying sample papers & problem books; buy concept building books, preferably of foreign writers. Follow the above sincerely, & I bet, you you be as good in Physics as anyone else. Just try it sincerely, & have infinite confidence in yourself about your abilities. Best of luck!

first take an interest on subject. Next practically understand the concepts. for example take AC generator, know how it works? and how it is Manufactured?etc in brief. then you will find physics is very easy. Since you are in 10th std you check yourself by writing more tests. All the best for your Exam.

physics is a very nice subject. clearing concepts is very important. for xi and xii classes , pradeeps book is good. read it line to line and try to understand the meaning of each line.dont try to cram derivations but understand the concepts.good tutor is the basic necessity

first go through the theory,if u do not get something ,do not push it,ask someone else(teacher).
then mug up,yes mug up the formulae.
then keep the book aside and get a workbook or question bank and try the theory ques.only.
then try as many numericals as possible.
p.s--if not able to concentrate, take a break, daydream for 5 min and then begin again.
for topics like heat, calorimetry, force....conc.only on numericals.

physics is a sub ject which can not be crammed . nor more time is required to be devoted to it physics should be learnt practically and solved like puzzles.try to understand logics. cramming can rag your marks.
