I find comfort sleeping spoon postion, or with my belly down, but I've noticed that I get nightmares when I have accidentally been sleeping on my back (or falling asleep on the sofa). I think that it also comes with the feeling of your face in the air and it likes you float away to bad dreams..!
My husband always sleep facing the ceiling and is just my awful postion. I think it makes people snore badlly too with the face in the air???
Is this true, anyone thinks so too?

The basic thing here is remove this concept out of ur mind that when u do end up sleeping accidently on ur back u get nightmares the fact is when u are asleep and the sleep is deep u'd never go into subconscious state of mind when people get dreams they are in their subconscious state of mind whereby U will see dreams and also remember them when u do wake up but the dreams one sees in the deepest sleeps are too hard to recall when u wake up it's not possible to recall as u just jerk out of the deep sleep which thus erases the memory.

When u are in deep sleep u will never realise when u turned ur body position at all but when ur aware to some extent u will realise ur sleeping in a wrong position or it's definately uncomfortable to ur body.

Dreams are illusions of our mind and the conscious level that we thrive on.

Snoring is due to the diaphragm problem in the nose which u or somebody has in ur family or aquaintance it's got nothing to do with the position of how u sleep.

Go to a ENT specialist and he will surely recommend some medicine for snoring or take up homeopathy treatment which doesn't involve any operations and it's safe with no side effects.
Snoring is curable and it's not a major issue only thing is proper care and medicine has to be taken on time to tackle the problem.

As for u dreaming when ur face is in the air well seems to me that ur having some phobia coz u did experience some dreadful dream in the past thus u've kept on relating to that same issue and thats why u feel so just stop thinking about it and don't give it a thought and hopefully all will be good.

Maybe there is a problem with your nose diaphragm that causes you apnea (interrupted breathing) when you sleep on your back. In this way your sleep is not relaxing and this brings uneasiness and confused dreams.

"My husband always sleep facing the ceiling...".

Yes, just as he will do later in his casket. Creepy.
