Firstly, it is CRUELTY not CRUELITY! If your friend is cruel to you, he is not your friend. True friends are never cruel to eachother!

first of all, this is a vague question.
cruel to who? to you? to animals? to family?

observe your friend on how he/she acts to whatever he/she is supposedly cruel to...then make your own opinion.
