Bills,my kids,my husband,my family&friends,charities,buy a house,2 new vehicles,college tuition for my kids,investments,and start my own non profit orginazation.

I would spend it all to start a petting zoo and then I would take the money I made from the petting zoo and spend it on charity work trying to ease the suffering of the world. If you have won I hope you take this answer seriously.

I'd spend 15% of it on clothes, books and stationary for kids who want to go to school (in India) but cannot afford it.
I'd buy my fiance a nice Bently or Merc, and take him on a cruise.
I'd invest the rest in land and stock.
