RSS is a format for syndicating changing content.

A feed is a term for a source of that content. An RSS feed in particular is a source in RSS format. It is like the news wire services like Reuters and AP, syndicated and read elsewhere.

A web log or blog is an online personal journal. Often these are syndicated with RSS feeds. You can then read them in a reader program along with other feeds.
