Cauvery,Mullaperiyar,Southern Railways Development,Golden Quadrilateral (Express Highways)...are they in the end going to destroy the good relations that people of the South have maintained due to a common Dravidan culture.

I dont know about all that, but if you were in the position wouldnt you do the same thing. Its hard to look at things ethically when you realize what you stand to gain from a turn of fortune.

First you have to understand that south indians and especially tamilians are very humble and peace loving people. Just touch your conscience and put yourself in place of millions of farmers whose livelihood has been destroyed by constructing a dam across the river cauvery. What right a state has got to deny access to natural national resources like river and sky?. If you allow this, tomorrow another state can say that they have their own rights on the sky also and can shoot down an aircraft from another state.

Just don't turn a blind eye towards injustice to humanity. Above all, TN does not have as many rivers and water resources as other staes have got.

Mostly it is the other way round. In Mullaiperiyar case, Supreme Court has permitted raising the height of the dam and Kerala politicians are bullying against it. In Cauvery issue Karnataka politicians are bullying against the implementation of Supreme Court and Cauvery Tribunal awards.
