There are literally hundreds of thousands of "garage" (what we used to call fonts someone could have made in their garage...)
fonts out there, it could be one of them. Its a boutique font. Do a web search for "display fonts", and good luck.
It does look familiar, if that helps.

Hard to say. I tried using font searches (listed in the sources) but found nothing.
