How do u know if you have a very strong personality?

Actually this is a very subjective question. What is the meaning of strong personality? Strong in term of what? You should list out what personality you want to be strong. Personality such as communication, appearance, behavior, habit and much more. What kind of personality you want to good at?

How we know when we have a strong personality? Strong personality is subjective to everyone. It depend on how people judge and think of you. Lets take an example.

1) Someone will like you talk politely and have a good appearance. They believe it is very important for first impression.

2) Someone will not consider your language and appearance but they will consider how good you are in knowledge and skills.

3) Someone will like you to perform tasks fast and accurate. They don't care how much knowledge and skills you have. As long it is fast enough means it is good.

4) Someone will like you to have a good daily behaviors and habits. It means they like you to wake up early, work according to schedule, take a balance and stable life style.

A lot more example I can show you. From the 4 statements above, what can you says above strong personality? It always depend how people judge on you. So how you going to have a very strong personality since no everyone will have the same thinking.

The best ways are to adapt to the different environment with different personality. Try to change your personality when you are in different kind of environment. Lets take an example, you should wear formal and talk politely when you attend a function. But you can choose to talk less and wear normally when you are in office. We no need to have same personality all the time but we should have different personality at different environment. You should always confirm that you and others are comfortable with your personality at that environment. You should get the comments from others about your personality in that environment. Don't feel shy to ask such a question.

If you can have the strong personality that adapt with different environment, then you will get more confidence from others to perform a task and jobs.

All the other layers need to be taken off, leaving your personality.

Then you might find it's perfectly normal, or only needs a little help.

But those layers we put on, they can be the issue. Those used to protect ourselves can really change the way things appear, or how we react.

So go to a quiet, peaceful, calm trusting place, like my ranch in the country, and let your true self come out.

You may have a strong personality. Or you may be using that to protect you. A big difference.

Each one of us gives a different analysis on what "strong personality" means. Most of us, confuse strong personality with egoism. Others with stubbornness.

I personally think that a person with strong personality is the one who knows how to forgive, how to truly love, how to focus on his goals and persist, how to stand for his beliefs.

Seriously though, if you don't take others opinions without checking the facts out first, refuse to be programmed to do or say certain things like a robot, or stand up to anyone when you see dishonesty; I would say that is a strong personality.
