There has been much talk and studies done into curfews for juvenile (crime) offenders in the city.
San Francisco had youth curfews in place (and vigorously enforced them) in the late 1980s and then reduced enforcement to near zero in the 1990s.
I don't think there has been one in the city since.

The kind of curfew we have in the San Franciso Bay Area are driving curfews for kids under 18. I don't remember all of it, but basically stuff like 16 year olds shouldn't be driving unattended by an adult after 10:00 at night unless they are going home from work. Stuff like that. Nothing saying you can't be out.

The only curfew in SF is midnight-5:00 AM for under 14, with certain exceptions:

If you need to ask the curfew of any city your too young to be out after 9 PM. Stay home and do your home work.
