Check your services in Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Click on properties on each one and make sure they don't reboot when an error happens.

You can also see the Error Log in Administrative Tools to see what is causing the reboots. With that info, you can ask a better question here that we can solve for you.

Check the CPU temperature. However, it should shut off if it overheats. Rebooting is a hardware issue (faulty motherboard or CPU) and freezeups are a software issue. However, freeze-ups can also mean a dying PSU (power supply).

Try flashing the CMOS to upgrade it. The CMOS may be corrupted.

Open up the case and blow out the dust. The CPU might be overheating. Also check for blown capacitors. They like to swell up and leak causing the issues you describe. If thats not it then think about getting a new power supply. Those three problems are the usual suspects most of the time.

right click my computer, then select properties, advance, and click settings under startup and recovery, then uncheck automatically restart

so there will be a blue screen telling you the error (bsod)
then you will reset your pc manually

then research on how to read and access your dumpfiles, these files are very significant to track your error

the first thing i'd check is if all the fans are working properly. seems that it gets overheated. this may lead to replacing hardware.

here's the good freeware utility to monitor system tempereture:
