HA HA HA!! Well..this is a valiant question. But there is no logic behind it. You and I know that if we and the UN agree on banning wars. There will be countries that won't...then we'll be left defenseless and those countries will attack us while we sit on our butts saying.. We love you. Come visit us. Don't hurt the bad men with the guns. They are our friends. War has always been a part of the world..and it's not gonna stop. If we...as a super power...ban OURSELF from wars... It's like shooting ducks with a bee bee gun at the county fairs. And what about the hundreds of thousands of people employed by the government for defense. If we are not allowed to go to war. 90% of them will lose there jobs. Then what will the economy be like? Like I said. This question is a valiant effort and has good meaning behind it. But logically it can never be.

Tell it to the world, the sad part about it is where these wars are taking place, just stop and think, just about every where there is war is considered the holy land. God walked all these land, where all this violence is taking place,it should be sacred, and peaceful, full of love just because this is where god tought and walked and came from, instead just look at what is going on, ALL these people should be ashamed, and yes I do believe war should be banned, but the greed for power is very terrible.

Very good thinking, but incomplete! Who watches and how, that nobody starts a war?
But you are right, war is never a good thing! It destroys only!
But as long as humans are behaving like Hitler and Bush and theyr believers,we will destroy what ever we have!

i can only add i detest all wars we are all children of the one god,
in time we will raise ourselves above being beast.
all land belongs to god ,there are no countries to die for only god to live for
any reason for war has better reasons for peace but peace must begin in our own hearts ,till we have powerfull leaders that can resist the easy path of war we shall continue ti disrespect god and ourselves
the blame must stop
we can all share the peace ,a piece for you and the rest for me has divided gods people long enough ,there are simply too many pieces and never the one peace.

A single war makes more hate and causes
more problems for the world.Look what
dumb*ss Bush did,turned countries against
each other. It also causes unnecessary death.
It's a big mass murder.

ideally, it should be as it creates unnecessary bloodshed... but truth be told, wars could never be banned as it is part of our history... our society is as it is today because of what happened before... so war isn't necessarily bad because we learn from them... some of the mistakes in the past have been corrected due to these things...(",)
