time will only tell. people have said the same thing about Clinton and Bush Sr. in the past, too. Again, time will only tell. Politicized questions such as this take time and years to truly reveal themselves. The reason why is that policies aren't deemed successes or failures overnight. People don't like the Iraqi war, and I can understand, but the Iraqi war isn't the only policy out there, even though it is the one he has tried to establish his legacy with. There are different types of "votes" for different policies, and all of these votes haven't been counted yet, if you know what I mean. Good question. but we'll just have to wait and see. Grey answer, yes, but that really is the answer.

Some people on YA from both the left and the right might be qualified to answer this question. But I seriously doubt that most of us, including myself, are. Who died and made us all historical scholars?

Bush, Carter, Bush, Carter. Dude its Ulysses S Grant. Rules for the worst President in History is that you can't vote for a President that the people are alive to remember him. We are all biased. Republican point at Carter. Democrats point at W Bush. Beside yu need to see how the seeds the President planted will grow. As I get older I begin to Like Nixon more and More while not liking Reagan so much. His economic policy of free floating Dollars is the standard Democrats are touting to force all countries to follow. Its Nixons policy, not Reagan that did more damage to Communism. Too bad he was a crook.

I've heard some people claim Andrew Jackson, other Richard Nixon...Although my vote would (in this case only!) certainly go to Bush - I mean, even Nixon started The Environmental Protection Agency, at least, and said, "Short of changing human nature, therefore, the only way to achieve a practical, livable peace in a world of competing nations is to take the profit out of war. "
While Bush manage to put the profit back into war, and basically made the EPA meaningless...

How many people disliked Pres. Kennedy or even Pres. Reagan during their terms in office?

I would wait a few years before passing judgement on Pres. Bush's terms in office. FDR might have been the last President to deal with as much as George W. has had to.

No... he did what he thought was right. By the way, most of the country thought it was right as well. As well as most of the congress, even the nay saying democrats voted for the war.

You can blame him now that its over, but hindsight is 20/20.

How can you say he was the worst anyway?

He was not impeached.... Clinton was.
He did not resign.... Nixon Did.
He did not sit by while slavery was happening.... many presidents did.

No! Look are Regan he left the economy in a recession! He cut the military budget etc., especially when one considers that taxes were created for representation and military, but people are putting him as the Best President. Ford should have taken the honors of the best President but he pardon Nixon, something which christians should embrace seeing as god wants us to forgive.

Although there is no actual voting on the matter and historically we are told it is too early to tell, it is doubtful that anyone will be around to worry about it, considering what he has started.
