It's not very unusual to have a small penis. Boys usually start puberty when they're around 10 or 12 years old, though some start a little sooner and others a little later. The changes happen because the body releases several different hormones. The first sign is that the testicles get bigger. Within a year or so after that, the penis gets larger, and pubic hair begins to grow.
Puberty doesn't happen all at once — it happens in stages. So a guy may show some signs of puberty at an early age (like a voice that's starting to crack), but may not show other signs of puberty until he is much older (like growing facial hair). It can actually take until a guy is 20 years old for all the changes to take place.
The average erect — or hard — adult penis is six inches long. The average flaccid — or soft — adult penis is three and three-quarter inches long. During erection, smaller flaccid penises tend to grow somewhat more than larger flaccid penises do.
Many men have smaller than average penises. And many have penises that are larger. While some people may prefer to have sex with men with large penises, this is not true for everyone. Sexual satisfaction for most men and their partners has usually little to do with the size of the penis and a lot more to do with other qualities.
Penis size is, however, a very big deal for a lot of men. If a man finds himself worrying about the size of his penis so much that it gets in the way of being able to enjoy himself and other people, he may benefit from professional counseling.
Hope this information helps!

I'm a man, was once a 13-year-old boy, and spent six years of my pre-adolescence and adolescence in gym classes and locker rooms and showers with my peers.
First, if he has brought this up with you, then I think it is fine for you to discuss it with him -- otherwise, don't mention it if he hasn't talked about it.
Having said that, it sounds like your son has just entered puberty. He'll grow and mature as he goes through high school. His penis will get longer and thicker and he'll acquire more pubic hair -- all the sort of thing that boys normally go through in adolescence.
Teenage boys grow and develop at different rates. I would say that if your son has pubic hair he is well on his way to developing into an adult. (I can remember people in gym class who still hadn't developed pubic hair by the time we were about to graduate -- so your boy is far ahead of the game there.)
Size? Well, like any trait, he gets penis size from his parents' genes. What's your penis size? Do you remember how your brothers looked like down there or any other male family member related to you by blood? Have you ever dressed in a locker room with any of your wife's male relatives? Put those observations and recollections together and you have a pretty good chance of coming up with how your son might look like down there as an adult.
Once again, if he feels comfortable talking about the issue with you, by all means, do so. Something you can do throughout his teenage years though is to validate him as a man. Is he developing a good work ethic? Praise him. Does he keep his appearance up, keep his hair neat and trimmed? Notice that and tell him he looks sharp. Is he doing well at a sport or some recreational activity he enjoys? Heap the praise on him. Is his voice deepening? Let him know you notice. Is he growing taller and developing an adult physique? Or is he develoing a beard or mustache or just plain getting hairier? Notice that and admire him openly.
Fasttrack, your boy is just starting to grow. He'll be fine.

A sexually functional male produces sperm cells 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; nearly 200,000 per minute. Has no impact on penis size in any way. If you are instead asking if masturbation- ejaculating semen- would help, the answer is

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?8d9R
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

He hasn't gone throught puberty yet. I think that after he starts getting hair and stuff like that then his penis will rown into him. Make sure you tell him that it is normal. Just give it time.

Are you serious? You got more issues than your sons penis. If he is real shy then I'm sure he doesn't apprieciate that you are commenting on his penis size to the entire world. You are very stupid and a horrible person. The only thing unusual is you bringing this up for anybody to comment on.
