From what I have been able to find, Maldives is not selling any islands to foreigners. Sri Lanka is the closest nation that is selling islands. Go to this website to look up all nations that are selling islands. You can look them up by country or price!

Mali is the Capital look up on the net, land registry. Ive been there you will get bored of it in one week, unless you are developing a resort. In which case I will do all the work for a fee
