I never hear about women using that method.
If some rapist/crazy-man found himself standing there with some woman's unexpectedly limp, lifeless body as opposed to a kicking, screaming potential victim, seems to me that he'd sprint like hell getting outta there as fast as possible (if the attack occurred in public and not in a private home).
Then, if the attacker decided to keep going, with a limp woman's body and all, the woman, after pretending to be passed out for 20-30 seconds, could attack back once his guard is let down a little and maybe get away, cuz he wouldn't be expecting her to spring to life all of a sudden.
Do ya'll think this technique is acceptable?
