Possibly. If you go to www.whitepages.com and do a reverse phone number lookup, it will display the person's name if they have chosen to be listed. However, often cell numbers are not registered with the account holder's name, so you have a very, very slim chance of this method working. If that doesn't work, you're out of luck.
