Political parties do not encourage violence during election. Only those who are marginalised by the parties, indulge in violence so as to show their presence.

if the loosing parties advocates this, that is because they want to find out a leeway to make sure that the election gets messy and later claimed the system to be fraudulent, this will make them the official results be recalled.
