Let's see. Kony is a man who hasn't been seen in 5 years. His group, the LDR is made of only a few hundred men. Kony has been doing this for, what, 26 years? And NOW the American government starts to care? Plus, the InvisibleChildren (the group who made the video) send what little money they have let over from donations after spending it all on themselves, to the Ugandan Government, with an army even MORE corrupt then Kony and his LDR. They can't rely on Oil from the middle east anymore so they have to get it from somewhere else. And what better then just recolonizing all of Africa starting with Uganda.

Some work and some don't. If you know what scams are out there, then you know what to watch out for. It depends on which website/program you are talking about. There are some great, legit ones and ones full of crap.

There are bound to be ligitimate offers out there, the trick is finding one that is legit AND viable. If you are talking about making an income as an alternative to your job then in my experience you would probably find that there isnt any opportunities that can match a salary/hours worked ratio that a regular job would get you.

EDIT
another thing to remember is that, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually IS

The majority of the are scams. And those which are not usually require you to know something about anything. It's good if you have a hobby that you know something about and then center your attention towards that hobby in a way to make money.

Otherwise you're wasting your time.

E-mail me if you want to do business. There's a way to make this happen if you're willing to do research and writing.

If you have to pay for it, watch out.

Network marketers sell their get rich programs to more network marketers who sell them to more network marketers until they get to you. You end up paying but not making any money.

They are pyramid schemes disguised as MLM and giving MLM a bad name.
