addressed in my name at work, so the person knew that it was not for her. She also knew that I would be in later that day so could collect my mail then. She also rang the telephone number on the outside of the package to tell them that I no longer worked there & to cancel deliveries!

You dont explain if you had finished working threre.If your employment had ceased then she did right to ring the tel.no. on the outside of the package and inform them.It would also be common sense to open mail delivered to a bussiness address if you thoght the person had left because lots of people do put names on bussiness mail to cut out the middle man opening it.If you were not leaving than in both the USA and UK there are offences regarding inteferring with the mails.Why do you get personal mail at work address anyway?

you dont say what country your from, if its england, make sure
first that she is not undercover, if you have political oppinions that are against the gov she could be working on you, mi5 maybe or any outher that has been brainwashed to gov standards.If she is then she will be slandering you to your freinds to descredit you its common practice for them. If people in the districy where you live seem to begiving you sour looks ect your one of there victims.

Was it your last day. And was it business related. If they had an idea it was business related and you were not going to be back? They could have a right to open your mail.
