That is hilarious! Seriously, some people (guys & girls) produce a low level of HCG. Although it is generally not high enough to be detected on an test. However, there are some women who have gotten false positives (not really pregnant) on a test b/c they have naturally high levels of hcg. I read on this site that guys produce a low level of hcg also.

Have your buddies take them too. They'll probably all come back positive. Guys have a hormone in their body similar to the one women produce when pregnant. Thus why the pregnancy test came back positive.
The $1 tests are just as accurate as the $12 ones.

Levels of hCG in pregnancy
Human Chorionic Ganadotropin (hCG) is a hormone that can be detected in the urine and blood of humans. This hormone increases during pregnancy so it is common to measure the rise in level using Home Pregnancy Tests ( or HPTs, which measure hCG levels in the urine) or a hCG Beta test (which measures hCG levels in the blood serum). The hCG Beta is much more sensitive then the Home Pregnancy Test and you can usually get a positive result much earlier with a blood test than with the HPTs.
Usually the reference values for hCG Beta are as follows:
Men: less than 5.0 mIU/ml - Normal

I bet your excited i know i would be if i was a guy lol..it sounds like you have to much time on your hands if you actually thought of and went and bought the test and then went home and used it..get a life..

No test under $10 should be trusted....in my opinion. Especially one as cheap as a $1.
