Yes--
If you can't NOT be on your computer daily-- if you need to check your email or your texting on a daily, hourly basis, then you are addicted. Try a "fast" and see what happens.... vow not to use the computer for a week. Keep a journal of the experience. You'll know if you are truly addicted by the week's end (if you last that long lol)

generally, people would have say Computer is addictive but actually it is the Internet who is the real culprit.. i have a PC at home but doesn't have Internet connection, basically i will just use it every weekends for listening to some 'saved mp3s', but in the office, can't wait to catch my key board to check my fav web sites!!
