How to be happy? There is an entire genre of books dedicated to this exact question. I think no-one person has the complete answer, I think happiness is a personal state of mind. Some of us are happy with less money but more freedom, others want more money and find their happiness is to dependent on it.

I think true happiness is found in moments that make you smile, and is not a natural state of being. I think we all are working toward this bliss but seldom achieve it. The only consolation is to decide what matters in your life, what defines who you are and not the roles you play.

Accepting yourself unconditionally and not desiring perfection may bring once closer to contentment, not happiness. Define what gives you meaning and grab hold, never loose sight of it and you’ll be happier than most.

Imagine this!
A guy points a loaded gun at your head, cocks it and shouts as loud as he can, "BE HAPPY RIGHT NOW OR I'M GONNA BLOW YOUR F---ING BRAINS OUT!"
Happy yet?
Or try this; say out loud, with as much excitement in you voice as possible, "YIPPEE"! Say it 10 times.
Happy yet?
One more suggestion; if you are the kind of person who worries about bad things happening, ask yourself this question, "What if sh-t came out of my nose instead of my ********?"
If none of that works, see a shrink. Try to find one who will hang you up by your eyelids and beat you in the balls (toes) until you blink. I'm positive that will work.
Happy music! Happy thoughts! Laughter!
Happy people! But most of all, achieve your goals no matter what.

The key happiness is to be able to suck one's own dick. Ancient buddah tibetian monks have trained and strived ages to be able master the art of pleasuring one-self. Training such as putting 10 lb steel ball bering weights on the 8===========D to stretch it out are practiced and usual ends in echos of monks shrieking in wild pain. However it is well worth it. For when the training is done....you will be able to ssssuck that thang like no otherrr!!! Bauw chica bauw bauw!!! *Cue the porn music* You'll be every lady's desire.
