I'm having the most hellish day possible, and feel like complete crap. I was betrayed by a friend today. Can you recommend some good music to listen to? no death metal/goth/emo/linkin park stuff please.

Hey, High. dist... I think My Chemical Romance and Hathorne ARE considered emo, but that's just a thought. How can u not pick 1 that's emo when it comes to drama like that though? Dunno about betrayal, but I always listen to Eric Clapton's "Layla" (the original version), especially the last instrumental half of the song. It has a deep sombre feel. The film "Goodfellas" uses this song brilliantly in the scene where the mobsters all start to get murdered. It is easy to imagine yourself gaining revenge on someone listening to this song.
Many more out there, but this one just came to mind.
