Why this question keeps coming back up I can only guess but to get it answered once and for all. In terms of sexy, Mc Steamy is Mc Sexy while Mc Dreamy is Mc Hotty and Mc Alex is Mc Nasty and Mc George is Mc Nice. The only reason McSteamy gets any play at all is he is sexy. The quote the actual Mc Hotty, Derek's sister, "That is the thing about Mark", as she was confessing that she slept with him as well. He is the chairman, founder, and charter member of the "Dirty Mistresses Club" long may he reign.

mc dreamy all the way. derek is just so hot. he has everything the look and the personality. dont get me wrong mark is super fine. but im just a derek fan all the way.
