What do u mean by eyes? The outer circumference of the eye?
If this is what u mean no! But if u mean the eyeball, No again.

No they are not. It is fairly visible in different people that the shape of the eyes (the "cavity' so to speak) and be large or small for some, like "Asian" People have smaller eyes than most.

As far as the iris goes that too varies in size, and it is not hard to find someone you who has large eyes or compare among your friends, just by lookig you can usually tell there is someone with small or large irises. That does not, however, affect the eyesight, i believe.

IThey are all fully developed at birth, in that respect they are the same. But the internal make-up or cornea and retina, iris pattern are uniquely different to one another that is why they are able to use biometric scanners to open up doors like some people have a bio,etric fingerpriint pad unique to them selves to open up a door lock or their computer, So the answer is no they are not the same

No. If you have to get contacts they measure your eyes to see what size you need.
