Contrary to popular belief, love alone will not stimulate the reaction you seek. You must know from previous experience that you do have that reaction. Do you achieve a major, (not just a minor one) climax when you do have sex? If your body does not get the satisfaction that it needs, it will not react to that person in the way you would prefer.
Also, there can be a myriad of mental reasons you do not have the reaction. Not knowing you or your past, I cannot say what it is in your specific case. In most cases I have been acquainted with, if it is a mental aversion, it comes from some kind of previous abuse.
There could also be a number of physical reasons. Medications of many kinds will inhibit sexual reactions. Hormone imbalances, and a lot of other things can cause it. Sometimes, it can be as simple as the fear of getting pregnant, or the methods used to prevent it are having an adverse reaction.
Of course, it could very well be as simple as he doesn't turn you on in that way. If the sex is not good, you might want to rethink the relationship. No, sex isn't everything, but if it is not what you need and want, sooner or later it will cause the relationship to fail.

I have 3 different theories...
1) Maybe he just is not attractive
2) Maybe you need to just relax more. Stressing over it can cause you not to get aroused.
3) Maybe he just isn't very good in bed.

Two things. 1: maybe its a medical type thing, see a doctor. 2: you are most likely to be uneasy with him or inexperienced try relaxing, and talk the problem over with him.

it might be a medical problem, not an arousal problem. go to the doctor, and talk to him/her. you might have something wrong. it's not a big deal, happens to a lot of women.
make sure to spend a lot more time on foreplay. women take longer than men do.

have you gotten on birth control since you have been seeing him? Birth control can cause "dry spell".
Otherwise, try to relax, watch naughty movies or simply think about whatever it is that makes you hot when you are with him.
