Not really anything that's safe. I mean you can store them in water, which isn't all that bad for the lenses, but you'll have to clean them really, really well before you put them back in your eyes otherwise you can get a wicked infection.

Your best bet is eye drops. Do not use water. Trust me, it hurts. I couldnt see for like two days after putting them in water and trying to put them back in. Even though I took them right back out my eyes got bloodshot red and the kept tearing up && I could not see a thing.

So, Ive had to put my contacts in WATER overnight lots of times and yeah its uncomfortable to put them back in right out of being in water. What I have found to help a whole lot with the uncomfortable feeling (and I know this may sound crazy) is to put them in my mouth before puting them in my eye! I would definetely recommend brushing your teeth or using mouth wash before doing this but it really works! Ive done it plenty of times and ive never got a crazy eye infection or anything so im sure youll be ok.

Don't worry about putting them in water. I have done it and I'm not blind. It did make my eyes bloodshot for a couple hours but it didn't hurt at all. Also try visine. I have done that and it makes my eyes feel better! I just had this problem a couple weeks ago and trust me Visine works real well!!

Storing in Saline answer is wonderful. Saline is salty water, yet salty water is a disinfectant. Saline cleans. Ever ask your self why people shoot saline answer up their noses? Ever heard of saline swimming pools? that is simply by fact saline cleans.

yeah i don't think there's really anything else. maybe eye drops if you have some. or just sleep w/ your contacts in, I've done it when i had to and it's not that bad. just take them out for awhile in the morning once you get the solution.

Just leave them in your eyes until you get some. It's not going to hurt to leave them in for only a day or two.

you can keep them in water over night... I have done it but the only problem is they burn a little bit and feel dry when you first put them in in the morning.
