last week i was looking for a gluestick, an it was like 2am (dont ask) so i looked in the kitchen but it wasnt there, so i go into the dinning room an my dad sees me from the living room an tells at me to go to bed, i run back in the kitchen an the freakin glue stick is sitting smack dab, upright in the middle of the counter. no one else was on that floor cause it was late..and the french door that they would have to come in by is broken so it makes a big noise when u open it. i was a little spooked but i forgot about it. but just a few minutes ago i was cleaning the counter with a cloth, an i left the cloth on the very spot the glue stick was, an i tok my gloves off, i reached for the cloth an nothing was there!! i couldnt belive it! im home alone except for my brother who was on the computer in the basement, an i ran down an told him after it happened....okay, so am i paranoid? or do i have a haunte kitchen?

your kitchen is not haunted and if you are old enough to type you are old enough to stop believing in ghosts...

Don't be alarmed. Did you know that everybody has a 'blind spot' in their sight? If you look up normal sight blind spot you'll find out how to experiment with your own vision to verify that you have it too. At the right distance and spot in your vision things disappear. Now this may or maynot be the answer to the evasive glue stick but I'll guess it it.. I have "overlooked" things too. It is normal and nothing suggests a haunted kitchen from what you have said. Now as to what you are doing with a gluestick at 2 am.. and taking gloves off? hmm.. is this at 2 am also? If you really believe your kitchen is haunted.. start singing "Jesus Loves Me" before you go anywhere near the basement. Believing something makes the unbelievable as powerful as the truth. Start telling yourself that even if your kitchen is haunted, the haunter knows that you mean it no harm and you are willing to just quietly and peacefully co-exist. Yes, Jesus loves me.. yes Jesus loves me.. yes Jesus loves me, the bible tells me so.. Keep the Faith and all will be well. When I was young and a newly wed far from home, I would be working at the kitchen sink and out of the corner of my eye, I would see a small black dog walk past the kitchen door to the hall. I would look down the hall but never saw the little black dog.. I finally decided that the little black dog was just my homesickness being so far from home and I got to enjoy the little dogs visits to my feelings.. I would think about my little black dog that I had left when I married and left home. When I moved back to my home state.. the little dog never came back to see me, so I assume I was somewhat right about the homesick part at least. Keep the Faith and know that there are so many things in life we won't be able to explain so just try to enjoy as many of these things as you can.

Stay calm dude! Smoke another one. No need to get paranoid. Maybe you did those things but don't remember. But seriously, if you think you have a spirit inhabiting your kitchen, there will be other signs- people say it will feel really cold in the room, or other misplaced items appearing from nowhere. Don't be scared. I really doubt a spirit could harm anyone. Also don't let your imagination run away with you!!!!!!

Oh, Yes, you could have a haunted kitchen.
There has been proof that a place where tragedy has occurred have a ghost. I think one place I lived had one of a child that had died in a fire in the house.

I believe places can have strange things going on but they can also be tricks of our mind. Being up at 2 a.m., you are not at your best. Maybe you just did not see the glue stick on the counter.

Nope your house is haunted. My house where I grew up was haunted and the same stuff would happen there. I wouldn't be scared though. It seemed like the ghost just wanted you to know it was there. Nothing malicious.
