Do you have any ideas for a 16th birthday for a girl? The party will be at the end of February. Not to expensive, and not a party with a whole bunch of people, just a outing aorunf the town with friends ideas?? i know it probably limits the usual party ideas, but she just wants an outing with friends...

The mall, shopping, pizza / dinner and bowling or the movies, skating, go carts / miniature golf. Just a few ideas.
