struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com/index.html that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Try kelp formula pills ( they have a light iodine in them that can reduce cyst or pus formation), drink a glass of freshly squeezed carrot juice evryday, drink 8 glasses of water, get enough sleep at the right time, use sulphur based facial soaps, where non-comedegenic suncreen that has vitamin e and aloe vera and use one that is for sensitive skin ( spf 15 and up). Clean your face every morning and night, stop picking at the zits, change your pillow cover every other night, use tea tree oil ( its a good antiseptic), and if you're a girl, take vitex to balance out the amount of hormone you have so that acne won't appear during your period.

If you are a male or even female. Sugar and white flour react badly with testoserone. Not sure if that is spelled correctly. If you start to see a major breakout, stop eating anything with sugar or white flour. In 24 hours, you will see a major difference. My acne clears completely after just 3 days. It's weird but it works. Word of warning, read the ingredients on everything you eat. You would not believe how many foods you eat contain hidden sugar, even certain packaged meats.

Your skin is probably breaking out because it is too dry. When your skin is too dry it over compensates in the production of oil to keep itself hydrated. In return you get zits. There are many good suggestions out in cyberworld. A good one I found is the oil cleanse method. If you type that into your web browser you will find websites about it. I also know from experience that tea tree oil is great for acne. I know it sounds crazy to clean your skin with oil, but when you keep your face hydrated it won't have to produce oil. Also make sure to drink alot of water.
