Download Dreamweawer 8 from www.macromedia.com or www.adobe.com. Go to www.serials.ws ( find a crack for Dreamweawer ). And start Building high quality website and web pages.
You will need a web space to have a website address. Create an account on www.freewebs.com using the advanced mode option. Beginner mode then u wont have to create webpages on Dreamweawer ( then freewebs will display ads on the site ). Or if u dont want www.freewebs search it on google.
